About YourSay SASVic
Welcome to YourSay SASVic
SASVic invited victim survivors of sexual violence and the broader community to put forward proposals for policy change, including proposals relating to victim survivor rights and the prevention of sexual violence in Victoria.
The platform closed on Thursday 28 May 2026
Submitted proposals will now be reviewed by a panel of victim survivors, who will together select one proposal to bring to SASVic. SASVic has committed to advocating on the chosen proposal in the lead up to the 2026 Victorian state election.
SASVic called for proposals because victim survivor and community perspectives are critical to effective action on preventing, responding to and ending sexual violence in Victoria.
SASVic believes victim survivors should have the right to inform the systems that impact them, and YourSay represents one way of promoting this right.
The announcement date for the selected proposal has not yet been set.
