Join SASVic's Victim Survivor Community Priorities Panel

Thank you for your interest in joining SASVic’s Victim Survivor Community Priorities Panel, nominations are now closed.

This panel was established for victim survivors of sexual violence living in Victoria. Through a nomination process, panel members were randomly selected to participate in reviewing community proposals and identifying a final advocacy priority for SASVic to take forward in the lead up to the 2026 Victorian state election.

Nominations for the panel are now closed and selected panel members have been notified.

The YourSay Priorities Panel will review community submissions and attend three online sessions during July and August 2026 to discuss submitted proposals and collectively decide on the final advocacy priority.

Online sessions:

  • Monday 13 July 2026, 6pm-8.00pm: First online meeting to introduce panel members to each other
  • Monday 27 July 2026, 6pm-8.00pm: Second online meeting for panel deliberation and 'long-listing' of ideas received from community
  • Monday 10 August 2026, 6pm-8.00pm: Third online meeting for panel deliberation and decision making on one advocacy priority to present to SASVic.

Participants will be provided with a $250 Coles/Myer voucher as an expression of our gratitude for panelists' participation.
